DUBLIN, Ireland (BLACK AND GOLD NATION) — The Pittsburgh Steelers traveled across the Atlantic and made history Sunday, holding off a furious fourth-quarter comeback by the Minnesota Vikings to earn a 24-21 win, their first victory overseas.

Minnesota struck first with a 41-yard field goal by Will Reichard to make it 3-0, but Aaron Rodgers quickly answered. The veteran quarterback connected with D.K. Metcalf for an 80-yard touchdown, putting Pittsburgh ahead 14-3 midway through the second quarter.

The Steelers extended their lead just before halftime, as Kenneth Gainwell punched in a short rushing score to cap a methodical drive, sending Pittsburgh into the break with a 14-6 advantage.
