An East Alabama police department took a traditional homecoming prank in stride this week and is vowing to go “full out tactical ninja style old school” on Halloween in a tit-for-tat toilet papering prank war.

The Heflin Police Department, in a Facebook post late Thursday , released images of the police station covered with long strands of toilet paper over police vehicles and across the station’s front door.

The agency, in the social media post, declared retribution on Halloween while wishing the students at Cleburne County best wishes in its homecoming game Friday. Cleburne County defeated Wellborn 41-12 to win the game at L.E. Bell Field in Heflin.
