CLEVELAND, Ohio -- The Cleveland Guardians are headed to the postseason after completing the greatest comeback in MLB division history. Celebrate this historic feat with official Guardians playoff gear available online now.

The Guardians (87-74) overcame an astonishing 15.5-game deficit back in early July, and a 10-game losing streak to boot. Cleveland has won 18 of its last 22 games, while the rival Detroit Tigers have officially authored an epic collapse, losing 13 of their last 16 games, including an eight-game losing streak and five of six to the Guardians.

It marks the 15th time since 1995 the Guardians have reached the postseason and the 13th time they have won the AL Central. The Guardians will host the Tigers in the AL wildcard. Full playoff pairings will officially be announced
