New Orleans police released images Sunday evening of the person they suspect of opening fire on Bourbon Street roughly 14 hours earlier, killing an innocent bystander and wounding three others.
The images, taken from French Quarter surveillance footage, show the unidentified male with three other unknown people who police described as "persons of interest." Police said they were with the suspect when gunfire broke out.
Police were called at 2:22 a.m. Sunday to the 100 block of Bourbon Street, where they found two women and a man wounded near the Canal Street intersection.
One woman, a 33-year-old bystander, was declared dead on scene, police said. The two surviving victims were taken to a local hospital, along with another female police found with a graze wound several blocks away ne
