PHOENIX - Sunday was a much drier day across southern Arizona.
Today:
The Valley stayed dry, but the high country saw another day of widespread showers and thunderstorms.
A few flash flood warnings were in effect throughout the evening, including Big Bug Creek near Mayer, Sycamore Creek Basin south of Camp Verde, and the West Fire Burn Scar near Payson. Rain will end throughout the late evening, and we will see drier skies across all of Arizona overnight.
Tomorrow:
Monday will be a mostly dry day across the state, with only a few showers possible around the White Mountains in the afternoon and evening.
Temperatures in the Valley will fall into the low 70s by Monday morning, and climb into the low 90s Monday afternoon. Skies will be sunny.
