The Buffalo Bills hosted the New Orleans Saints in week four.

The Buffalo Bills have scored an opening drive touchdown in each of their first three games this season, and this game was no different. After a few short plays, the offense opened up with a 43-yard Khalil Shakir touchdown off a wide receiver screen. The Bills are now the only team in the NFL to score on an opening drive touchdown in every game this season.

The Saints, on the other hand, had yet to score points on one of their opening drives. This week, however, they went 69 yards against the Bills' defense to tie the game at seven. New Orleans' final three plays of the drive all went for 15 or more yards, finished off with an 18-yard rushing touchdown from Kendre Miller.
