Imphal, September 28 2025: As part of the Nation First @75 Campaign, the Directorate of Environment & Climate Change, Government of Manipur, organised a Cyclothon today on the theme, "Ride for Environment" .

The Cyclothon was jointly flagged off by Dr T Brajakumar Singh, Director, Directorate of Environment & Climate Change, Manipur and Dr Kh Palin Singh, Chairman-cum-Managing Director, Shija Hospitals & Research Institute from THAU Ground, Thangmeiband.

Around 100 cyclists took part in the Cyclothon, carrying the message of environmental protection and sustainability.

Some of the slogans highlighted during the event included- "Protect Our Planet", "Government Green", "Refuse Single-use Plastic", "Reduce Carbon Footprint", and "Ride Green, Save Earth" .
