Imphal, September 28 2025: In the hills and hamlets of Manipur, where access to healthcare remains a persistent challenge, a wave of compassionate outreach has brought relief and reassurance to hundreds.

A series of medical camps and awareness drives by Assam Rifles organised in close coordination with district hospitals, NGOs, and civil society organisations have reaffirmed the power of collaboration in serving underserved communities.

According to a release issued by the IGAR (South), the medical camp held at the Primary Health Centre in Sajik Tampak, drew wide participation from villagers, including women, children, and the elderly.
