Kay Adams sure knows how to make her fan base lose their minds.

Adams, who almost congratulated former NFL MVP Shaun Alexander on having sex on live TV, took to her Instagram this week and posted her newest outfit.

Adams, a Chicago native, posted behind-the-scenes footage from a recent photoshoot.

She could be seen in a white blouse that had a zipper in the front of it, which went as far as her belly button to show off her amazing midsection.

To finish off the look, she had some blue jeans.
