Jammu, Sep 28: In CCP(D) 64/2024 titled Vinod Kumar and ors V/s Shaleen Kabra and ors after hearing a DB of HON’BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE RAJNESH OSWAL, JUDGE. ORDERED as under:-

01. In response to our order dated July 10, 2025, Ms. Monika Kohli, learned Senior Additional Advocate General, at the outset, has shared with us a copy of Government Order No. 227-JK(JSD) of 2025 dated 24.09.2025 and submits that pursuant to the approval accorded by the competent authority, sanction has since been accorded to regularize twenty seven petitioners in relaxation of Rule 4 of SRO 64 of 1994 as Helpers in Pay Level: SL-1 with an equal number of supernumerary posts created specifically for this purpose.
