West Hollywood residents on alert over man reportedly stalking and harassing neighbors

For more than seven years, residents of a West Hollywood neighborhood say a man has repeatedly trespassed into apartment complexes, peered into windows, exposed himself and, at times, issued threats of violence. Neighbors say his presence has left many on edge, particularly women who fear he may act on those threats.

Surveillance video shared by residents shows the man entering multiple buildings across the area, often carrying a can of beer. In several clips, he can be seen looking through windows or exposing and touching himself.

“He’s been seen at the bus stop on Fairfax and Santa Monica, outside the CBS building, down Fairfax,” said longtime resident Rob Harrow. “He always has an open container, a can of beer on him.”
