After two days of deliberating, a jury has decided the fates of three George Town men accused of murdering a man after he was stabbed in the back 11 times.

Almost three years after the murder of David Wayne Jenkins in October 2022, the nearly three-week trial of brothers Luke Anthony Shaw, 33, Paul William Shaw, 35, and Patrick Kenneth Dolbey, 40, has finished.

The jury returned verdicts just before 5pm on Monday, and unanimously found Luke Shaw guilty of murder.

A unanimous verdict was also reached in the case of Paul Shaw, who was found not guilty of murder but guilty of manslaughter.
