OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) - That same summer warmth from the weekend will persist all week long as we head into early October. Temperatures that start near 60 degrees this morning will make a run at 90 degrees yet again this afternoon.

A little bit of humidity is likely at times this afternoon to add more of that summer feel here in early fall.

Tuesday is likely to be the coolest of the week with highs in the lower 80s due to the mostly cloudy skies in place.

Beyond that it will be much closer to 90 degrees each afternoon all week long. The worst of the heat will likely be Friday with a high in the lower 90s. All these highs are 10-20 degrees above average this week.

Thankfully it won’t be very humid during any of this with dew points largely staying below the humid range into the weekend.
