New Delhi, Sept 29: Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) received the ET Brand Equity Martech+ Award 2025 in New Delhi for its HP Pay ‘Fuel Fest’ campaign, recognized for its innovative digital engagement and customer-centric marketing.
Conducted in May–June 2025, the campaign involved collaboration among HPCL’s Retail and Marketing teams and utilized insights from MoEngage to enhance customer experience across retail zones. Director–Marketing, Amit Garg, emphasized the campaign’s focus on customer-centric innovation.
