Pete Lee and his wife Lindsay are excited finally to be moving their new business into a space in downtown Billings.

A year after Pete's Meats won the Downtown Billings Association’s 2024 Battle of the Plans, the butcher has at last found a home.

Pete’s Meats will open at 2917 2nd Ave. N., just a couple blocks west of Skypoint. There’s some construction to be done, but the Lees hope to open up shop in time for the holidays.

“I’m glad that I didn’t jump on the first offer and rush into anything … I think everything happens for a reason,” Lee said. “A big part of it was the owner … He was excited about having a butcher shop, and he’s been very helpful. Having that relationship is huge.”
