New Delhi, 29 September 2025: The Competent Authority has approved the proposal for extension of deputation tenure of Shri Santosh Kumar, IFoS (AGMUT:1993), CVO, National Hydro Power Corporation Ltd. (NHPC), Delhi, for a further period of six months beyond 06.12.2025, i.e., up to 06.06.2026, or until further orders, whichever is earlier. He is an Indian Forest Officer of the 1993 batch of the AGMUT cadre.

Shri Santosh Kumar, IFS (AGMUT 1993), is a mechanical engineering graduate from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur (1988-1992). Shri Santosh Kumar has an M. Tech in Thermal Engineering from Banaras Hindu University-IIT (IIT-BHU), a premier engineering college, and passed out in 1994.
