Dolly Parton has decided to put her Las Vegas shows on hold while she focuses on her health. The 79-year-old country icon announced on September 28 that her December 2025 concerts will be postponed until September 2026, following advice from doctors who recommended she undergo some medical procedures.

Sharing the news with her fans on Instagram, Parton explained she’s been facing health challenges and joked, “It must be time for my 100,000-mile check-up , although it’s not the usual trip to see my plastic surgeon!” She went on to say that, because of the treatment, she wouldn’t have enough time to prepare the kind of show she wants to give her audience.
