PROVO, Utah (ABC4) — Tyler Robinson, the 22-year-old accused of killing Charlie Kirk on the Utah Valley University campus, is set to appear in court virtually Monday morning.
The wavier hearing will take place at 10 a.m., and Robinson and his newly appointed legal counsel will decide if they want a preliminary hearing or if they will waive their right and schedule an arraignment instead.
ABC4 will be live during the wavier hearing and will provide updates here.
