Pedestrian fatally struck by 2 vehicles in Canton

CANTON, Ohio (WOIO) - A woman was killed Friday in Canton after being struck by two vehicles.

This happened on Tuscarawas Street West near Aultman Hospital.

Canton police say a Jeep Grand Cherokee was traveling east when it hit a woman walking northbound.

The woman was thrown into the westbound lane and was hit by a Honda Civic.

Unfortunately, she died from her injuries.

The Canton Metro Crash team is investigating.
