GLOUCESTER COUNTY — The Gloucester County Sheriff’s Office announced a man was arrested Saturday after shots were fired in a home in the 2300 block of Jacqueline Drive in Hayes.

According to the Sheriff’s Office, on Sept. 27, at approximately 9:22 a.m., deputies responded to a third-party call that there appeared to be bullet holes in the window of a townhouse and a vehicle in front of the townhouse appeared to have had it’s window shot out.

Deputies spoke with neighbors and attempted to check the welfare of the occupants of the townhouse, however, initial efforts were unsuccessful, according to officials. Additionally, deputies noted it appeared the gunshots originated from inside the townhouse and penetrated outward toward the parking area.
