IOWA CITY — Iowa fell to 3-2 with a 20-15 loss to No. 11 Indiana on Saturday.
The Hawkeyes (3-2, 1-1 Big Ten) narrowly missed out on a chance to upset the Hoosiers (5-0, 2-0 Big Ten) as they missed a field goal just before the two-minute timeout and surrendered a touchdown with 1:28 remaining in regulation.
ESPN Analytics gave Iowa an 82.2% chance to with 2:12 to play and two plays before Drew Stevens missed a 42-yard field goal. After Stevens’ miss, the Hawkeyes' chances dropped to 45.6% — and only continued to fall from there.
Following the disappointing and stinging loss, the program faces three looming questions as it heads into the bye week.
