At Bottega Veneta ‘s Spring/Summer 2026 show at Milan Fashion Week , Pat McGrath harped on the brand’s signature toned-down sophistication with a glowy makeup look. Making use of Pat McGrath Labs ‘ lineup of luminous products, the duo conceptualized looks the makeup artist calls “Bottega elegance at its freshest.”
In honor of Louise Trotter’s debut , McGrath says the SS26 collection inspired a beauty story with two major influences: Milanese minimalism and New York counter-culture. Combining the two opposing aesthetics, models sported foundation with a touch of highlighter, flushed cheeks, muted eye shadow and smoked-out eyeliner. While the skin was left flawless with an airbrush finish, the eyes were sculpted to add structure.
