Nearly five years after two men were found tied up and shot to death at an abandoned home in Opa-locka , authorities have released the identity of the suspect they're seeking in the shocking crime.

The bodies of 50-year-old Osmar Oliva and 26-year-old Johan Gonzalez Quesada were discovered in the yard of 1801 Rutland Street on Dec. 5, 2020, Miami-Dade Sheriff's Office officials said. Miami-Dade Police

Both men had been tied up, beaten and shot. Authorities said the home was abandoned.

A flyer released by the sheriff's office on Monday identified the suspect as 60-year-old James Edward Daniels, also known as "45."
