Michigan’s first trip to the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum in nearly 70 years will air in primetime.

The Oct. 11 game between the iconic maize and blue and the University of Southern California, a common Rose Bowl opponent through the years, has been picked up by NBC and assigned a 7:30 p.m. ET kickoff, the Big Ten announced Monday.

That means the game will begin at 4:30 p.m. Pacific time in Los Angeles, the first meeting between the two schools inside city limits since 1957.

Michigan and Southern Cal played last year in Ann Arbor, the first season the Trojans were members of the Big Ten, a 27-24 victory for the Wolverines.

Before that, you had to go all the way back to the 2007 Rose Bowl to find the last meeting.
