The popular Butterfly World in Coombs is up for sale.

The tourist attraction, located at on Highway 4A in Coombs, has been listed for sale on Unique Properties and Colliers Canada, priced at $2.25 million.

Butterfly World has more than 50,000 visitors every year. It operates seasonally from mid-March to October.

The property is 18 acres in size and has a single-family home. The current business, according to the realtors, has considerable opportunity for expansion or other complimentary agricultural uses.

The current owner has agreed to stay on and provide training to the next owner, according to Colliers.
