A Peterborough man known to physically and sexually assault Peterborough Regional Health Centre (PRHC) staff has been deemed unfit to stand trial.

According to a disposition released by the Ontario Review Board (ORB) on Sept. 16, the accused possess a significant risk to the community and has ruled in favour of detention order to keep him in a mental health institution.
