Alexander Jensen’s European dream has turned into something of a nightmare.
The Aberdeen defender is getting his first taste of European football but it hasn’t exactly gone the way he had hoped.
Jensen ended up watching the end of the last match on an iPad and now he will have to watch the Dons' Conference League opener against Shakhtar Donetsk on Thursday from the stands.
It all comes as a result of his sending off in the second leg of their Europa League play-off away defeat to FCSB.
It came with the tie level at 2-2 and he was sent off and gave away a penalty, which the Romanians netted and then eased past the 10-man Dons 5-2 on aggregate.
