NELSON COUNTY, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) -- A man from Maryland has been sentenced to decades in prison in connection with the line-of-duty death of a Wintergreen Police Department officer in 2023.

Daniel Barmak pleaded guilty to a second-degree murder charge in February and was sentenced to prison on Monday.
