MUNCIE, Ind. — Muncie police have arrested two women accused of threatening and beating up a woman who is five months pregnant during an attack earlier this month.
Elisa Clay, 23, and Corrine Raspberry, 18, have both been arrested on felony battery charges for the alleged attack that occurred on Sept. 13. Raspberry faces additional charges for another altercation that occurred earlier in the day.
Muncie police were called around 12:30 p.m. on Sept. 13 to a reported attack in the 2900 block of E. Tanner Drive. Upon arrival, officers spoke with a woman who was five months pregnant, who said she had been battered the night before.
The woman said she had been invited to Clay's house to hang out, but was greeted with both Clay and Raspberry "punching and kicking her in the back and the stoma
