Flight TOM 6754 was departing Cardiff Airport for Paphos, Cyprus, when the incident, which involved a collision between the aircraft and a bird, occurred at around 4:30 p.m. local time on Sunday, Sept. 28, the U.K. newspaper The Mirror and the BBC reported.
