President Donald Trump and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu championed a newly released 20-point “comprehensive plan” that would ostensibly bring an end to the battle between Israel and Hamas during a Monday afternoon press conference.

The two leaders conceded that Hamas has not yet agreed to the plan, although they agreed it would be unwise for Hamas not to accept the terms of the agreement.
