SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) -- Downtown Sioux Falls is preparing to celebrate National Pork Month, which arrives Wednesday, with one of its signature events.
It's a busy morning at Perch, which opened last year at 9th & Grange, a few blocks west of downtown Sioux Falls. It owes much of its early success to one item.
"The eggs Benedict. I can tell you that I've had several hundred people tell me it's the best they've had anywhere in the country," Perch chef Robert Grygierczyk said.
Chef Robert Grygierczyk will be adding a pork dish to the menu this week, as Perch participates in the Downtown Pork Showdown for the first time.
