Dallas Wings guard Paige Bueckers reacts during the second quarter against the Golden State Valkyries at Chase Center.

Dallas Wings star guard Paige Bueckers headlines the 2025 WNBA All-Rookie Team, as the league recognized its five best first-year players on Monday, Sept. 29.

Bueckers is joined by Sonia Citron and Kiki Iriafen of the Washington Mystics, Dominique Malonga of the Seattle Storm, and Janelle Salaün of the Golden State Valkyries.

Bueckers, a 6-foot guard out of UConn, led all rookies in scoring, averaging 19.2 points per game on 47% shooting from the floor and 32% on 3-pointers. She was selected 2025 WNBA Rookie of the Year, the league announced earlier this month.

Dallas finished 10-34 in Bueckers' first season, and will hope its star will have a better sophomore year than the injury-ravaged second season of 2024 Rookie of the Year Caitlin Clark.

Bueckers, Malonga, Citron and Iriafen were drafted Nos. 1-4 in the 2025 WNBA draft, while Salaün went undrafted. Here's a look at the credentials of the other All-Rookie Team members.

Sonia Citron, G, Washington Mystics

The 6-foot-1 guard out of Notre Dame was one of the best 3-point shooters in the league, connecting at a 45.8% clip from long range while averaging 14.9 points per game. She was sixth among all WNBA players in 3-point percentage.

Washington finished 16-28 in the regular season and will look for growth from its young duo of Citron and Iriafen in 2026.

Kiki Iriafen, F, Washington Mystics

Iriafen averaged 13.2 points and 8.5 rebounds per game for the Mystics. The 6-foot-3 forward and USC product finished fourth overall in rebounding.

Dominique Malonga, F, Seattle Storm

Malonga finished her rookie season fifth overall in rebounding (8.6 rpg) while chipping in 8.6 points per game as the Storm (23-21) made the playoffs. At 6-foot-6, Malonga was a presence in the post, connecting on 57% of her field goal attempts and finishing the season third in blocks at 1.6 per game.

Janelle Salaün, F, Golden State Valkyries

Salaün did a little bit of everything well for the expansion Valkyries (23-21), averaging 13.5 points on 57% shooting. The 6-foot-2 forward hit 42% of her 3-pointers and 80% of her free throws while averaging five rebounds per game as the Valkyries made the playoffs.
