BOISE, Idaho – Idaho Governor Brad Little, alongside fellow Republican governors, called on the U.S. Senate to pass a clean short-term funding extension.

They urged action to prevent a government shutdown that could negatively impact hardworking Americans, a letter to Senate leadership said.

The governors emphasized the urgency of the situation by writing, "As United States Governors, we urgently call on the Senate to immediately pass a clean short-term funding extension to prevent a government shutdown that would deeply harm hardworking Americans across our states."
