A 16-year-old has been arrested after troopers say he led them on a high-speed chase on Interstate 4 near Orlando and was ultimately arrested after a foot chase.

It happened early Monday morning, just after midnight, when the teen was spotted in a stolen vehicle that had fled from deputies in Volusia County, a report from Florida Highway Patrol says.

After the teen refused to stop for several law enforcement vehicles, the report says he was able to get around a PIT maneuver on I-4 and drove 100 mph before exiting the highway.

A second PIT maneuver was able to stop the car, which then crashed into a building.

The teen ran off but was captured before he jumped a fence, the report says.

The teen was wearing a black ski mask.
