VERMILLION, S.D. (KELO) -- After a professor at the University of South Dakota was fired for comments he made on social media, questions loom on campus about what is and isn't free speech for faculty and students.
Part of the USD community gathered on Monday for a townhall event sponsored by USD's legal studies department to discuss the affect of recent events, both locally and nationally about First Amendment rights and to answer questions students had about their rights as a student on campus.
