Charlevoix County Sheriff’s Office resolves active threat at Charlevoix Estates

CHARLEVOIX — The Charlevoix County Sheriff’s Office says there’s no longer a threat to the public, after an active threat was reported earlier today.

The sheriff’s office originally shared there was an ‘active situation’ at Charlevoix Estates.

During the situation, people were told to stay inside and school children were not dropped off at their homes.

As we said, the sheriff’s office has shared that the situation is resolved.
