LILLY GROVE, Texas (KTRE) - The Lilly Grove Special Utilities District has issued a boil water notice for some customers due to a leak in a service line.

According to the SUD, late Monday afternoon A leak began on a 2-inch service line on FM 698 just past CR 833 due to a fiber optic installation crew hitting a water line. The SUD crew is now finished making the necessary repairs and water has been restored.

However, a boil notice has been issued, specifically to customers at Jans Road, Barkely Road, 2900 through 6600 block of FM 698, CR835 and CR 8341,
