PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) -- Oregon quarterback Dante Moore has been named the Big Ten Conference's Offensive Player of the Week following the Ducks' victory over Penn State on Saturday.

So far this season, the sophomore is fourth in the nation in touchdown passes (14) and sixth in the FBS in completed passes (100-of-134). He has a 74.6 completion percentage while throwing for 1,210 yards.

During Oregon's double-overtime win at Penn State, Moore went 29-of-39 for 248 yards and three touchdowns. He's thrown at least three touchdowns in four of the last five games.

Moore also received high praise from Oregon head coach Dan Lanning, who called him the "best quarterback in college football right now" during his postgame interview over the weekend.
