State, local officials help break ground of new biopharmaceutical facility

ALBEMARLE COUNTY, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) -- Afton Scientific broke ground on a new biopharmaceutical facility in Albemarle County today.

State and local officials were in attendance, including Gov. Glenn Youngkin, Lt. Governor Winsome Earle-Sears and members of the Albemarle County Board of Supervisors.
