CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. (KFVS) - Countour Airlines will remain as the air service out of the Cape Girardeau Regional Airport.
According to Airport Manager Jojo Stuart, the Department of Transportation set a new four-year contract with Contour.
Back in May, the city of Cape Girardeau recommended a change to American Airlines over Contour.
Stuart said they are asking for one change from the DOT, flights to Chicago and Dallas out of Cape Girardeau. He said there will be seven flights a week to Chicago and five to Dallas.
Starting April 1, Stuart said Countour will offer two flights a week to Pensacola, Florida.
