Man who had testified he did not see a fatal Pa. city street shooting now says he did

WILLIAMSPORT — A witness who previously claimed he did not see the fatal shooting of a Middletown native on a Williamsport street in 2016 now says he did.

The testimony on Monday by Hakiem Price likely will be an issue because it contradicts what he said in court last year about the Dec. 30, 2016, killing of William Michael Blackwell, 31.

Price was among the witnesses on Monday, the first day of the trial in Lycoming County court of Dawud M. Rogers, 44, of Williamsport.
