Nepal delivered an outstanding performance on Monday, bowling the West Indies out for a mere 83 in the second T20I in Sharjah. This victory secured a 2-0 series win, their first-ever against a Test-playing nation, with one game remaining.

Nepal, ranked 18th globally, amassed 173 for six in their 20 overs, thanks to half-centuries from Aasif Sheikh and Sundeep Jora. They then bowled out the West Indies in 17.1 overs, achieving a dominant 90-run win.

Mohammad Aadil Alam took 4/24, while Kushal Bhurtel claimed 3-16 in just 2.1 overs of leg spin.

This win marked the largest margin of victory for an associate member nation against a full member, and the West Indies’ total of 83 is the lowest by a full member against an associate.
