A 21-year-old man was shot and killed early Monday morning at a condominium complex in Deltona, deputies with the Volusia Sheriff's Office (VSO) say. A suspect has been arrested. Within 15 minutes, deputies said they spotted a man in the area matching the shooter’s description and took him into custody without incident. The suspect, identified as Brian D.
