The Fresno Council of Governments (FresnoCOG) has cancelled its next Measure C Renewal Steering Committee meeting and has published an agenda for the secretive Measure C Renewal Facilitation Team for the first time.
The move comes one week after former Steering Committee member Brooke Ashjian filed a complaint with the Fresno County District Attorney’s Office Public Integrity Unit claiming FresnoCOG is violating California’s open meeting law, the Ralph M. Brown Act, by holding the Facilitation Team meetings in secret.
