Starting right guard Cesar Ruiz suffered a high-ankle sprain in Sunday’s 31-19 loss to the Buffalo Bills and is expected to miss four to six weeks. The injury leaves the Saints offensive line thin at a time when new head coach Kellen Moore is still searching for his first win.
