If a report by Siasat.com it to be believed, Rishab Shetty has not taken a single rupee as payment for either his acting or his direction in Kantara Chapter 1. Instead, he has opted for a profit-sharing method. This means that Rishab’s earnings from the film will completely depend on the box office performance of the movie.

It should be noted that Kantara Chapter 1 is reportedly made on a budget of Rs 125 crore and Shetty is also said to have invested a particular sum in it.
