MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. — Justin Fields was back in the saddle for the Jets on Monday night after sitting out last week’s game in Tampa with a concussion.

As he did on Opening Day, Fields showed flashes of why the Jets wanted to bring him in to run the offense.

He even got on his horse for a 43-yard touchdown on a scramble that would have been fun to track on GPS.

However, as has been the case for most of his career, Fields didn’t provide enough of a passing attack when the game was in the balance and there were too many mistakes and penalties.
