Coronation Street spoilers as Tim's troubled past exposed, Abi makes major mistake and there's a hospital dash

The drama is set to ramp up in more ways than one in next week's Coronation Street as Tim Metcalfe's past is exposed by a new arrival, Abi Webster makes a major mistake and there's a heartbreaking hospital dash for Asha Alahan.

Starting with Tim, and the cab driver picks up a fare and instantly recognises the passenger as Trisha Pinkerton, a girl he knew back in the 80s.

Later, as Tim and his wife, Sally Metcalfe, celebrate their anniversary, she suggests Tim goes to the Rovers with the blokes in a bid to cheer Kevin Webster up. But soon, Trisha arrives and catches Tim’s eye.
