Menacing: Mayfield Road

Officers responded to a disturbance in front of Mayfield Floral Sept. 20 involving several people and found that a known resident was suspected of starting the altercation.

A woman, 21, said that the man had made inappropriate comments to her and her 17-year-old sister and touched them both.

A man and his son witnessed the incident and came to the defense of the women. They claimed that the suspect had subsequently threatened them.

The suspect was found to be intoxicated and had driven to the location.

The Fruitland Avenue man, 62, was arrested for physical control of a vehicle while intoxicated, disorderly conduct and menacing.
